1:1 BODY-MIND THERAPY

Pathway to Possibilities

You may not feel like yourself right now, but your current experience doesn’t have to be forever - there are ways through and forward. If you’re experiencing emotional and mental distress, physical pain, or having a hard time being in your body- you are not alone.

Let’s move gently on this path, together.

The Meaning

The effects of distress and trauma are not just cognitive experiences, but embedded into the body and nervous system. Therefore, taking a mind-only approach to healing from these experiences isn’t always enough or sustainable.

Together, we’ll meet with compassionate curiosity to explore the physical, emotional, and psychological patterns shaping your life. Through integrative body–mind practices, we’ll support your nervous system in moving out of survival mode and into healing—so you can engage more consciously with your body, relationships, and the world around you.

The Process

My approach through one-to-one sessions weaves the Somatic Experiencing® framework with yoga-informed practices to offer a nervous system-oriented approach to the healing and support of trauma, stress and chronic pain. Every session meets you where you’re at and is adapted to you, your life, and your needs.

What you have gone through and are still going through is hard. Our work together is to support your body and nervous system in not needing to work as hard so meaningful change can happen.

The new path forward is driven by somatic curiosity, gentle exploration and compassionate care. This is how we create the pathway to possibilities.
