GROUP PRESENTATIONS

Strength in Community

Any type of distressing event or prolonged exposure to chronic stress or trauma can overwhelm a person’s coping mechanisms and survival responses. These events can lead to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, hypervigilance, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, PTSI, and more. By combining neuroscientific techniques with yoga-informed practices and teachings, body-mind workshops can be accessible and integrative education and explorations to build resiliency and recover from the effects of adverse experiences.
