My approach through one-to-one sessions weaves yoga-informed practices with the Somatic Experiencing® framework to offer a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disordersassist you in releasing tension patterns associated with trauma, stress and pain so that you can experience life and your body another way. Every session meets you where you’re at and is adapted to you, your life, and your needs.
What you have gone through and are still going through is hard. Our work together is to support your body and nervous system in not needing to work as hard so meaningful change can happen.
